Our Charges are:
Mon - Fri - $35 + GST p/h
Sat - $40 + GST p/h
Sun - $50 + GST p/h
Public Holidays - $80 + GST p/h
Window Cleans - $50 + GST p/h
A General Clean consists of -

Wipe over of cooktop
Removal of any noticeable finger prints from glass
Removal of any noticeable cobwebs
Clean & Wipe down Toilets
Clean & Wipe Down of all Sinks
Clean and Wipe down of Showers
Clean & Wipe down of Baths
Wipe over of BBQ
Dust
General Tidy/Organise
Vacuum/Mop
Any "special requirements/trips" requiring us to go out to a property will be charged at the hourly rate -
e.g - Put Bins Out, Turn on Heating, Turn Power on/off, Check Lawns, Get Supplies, Pack up owners belongings (rental properties), Check Wood levels, Check for Items left by guests.
We do General Cleans, End of Lease Cleans, Site Cleans, Builders Cleans, Caravan Cleans, Holiday Home Cleans, Spring Cleans, Complete Property Cleans, Pre Sale Cleans - you name it, we'll do it.
Our Bond Cleans are extremely hard to quote - We charge by the hour and as long as it takes to do the clean depends on you and how "clean" the property is left for us. The less work you do, the longer we will be at the property.
